It’s already here. Back to school. Can you believe it? I bet you can’t believe you’ve let your workout slip all summer either, am I right? Well, do not worry. It’s life. We like to enjoy the vacations and family time when we can, but now that routine is among us again, let’s get back to school with Strength basics. Since we missed an August rotation, (our sincere apologies!) this one will begin September 1 and run through the end September.
Summer is full of family adventures, vacations, stay-cations, cookouts and picnics. Don’t let your busy schedule and last-minute weekend trips keep you from your goals. This challenge is full of quick but effective routines that will help you fit workouts into your summer schedule while giving you the time you need to enjoy all that summer brings! We’re mixing it up, combining workouts and we included some Quickie Boosts, too! Try to push yourself if you feel strong and inspired—you will see and feel results equal to what you put into it.
Mix it up with a variety of BEMAX programs in this month’s total body challenge. Get in your MAX shape with a little of everything — You’ll get cardio, body weight and weight training, core and barre and a little stretch on top! Your goal? Work to YOUR max each week and see how far you improve your stamina, strength and flexibility, too! Each week becomes a bit more challenging— if you think you need to back off, listen to your body.
