Here are some tips and shortcuts to get the most out of TrainerPass
Let's get started!
Navigate to the Videos menu, located at the top of the site.
Choose a Discipline category or select All Videos.
Filter options are located in a menu in the upper-left corner.
TrainerPass workouts cover all skill levels.
Use the guide below to find one that matches yours.
Select a video and click on the Add To menu in the lower right.
From the dropdown click Create Playlist, give it a title and then hit Save.
You can also add and remove videos from existing Playlists.
Access individual workouts that you've saved in My Videos.
Track your progress with Completed Videos.
Pick up where you left off under In Progress.
Access and manage playlists with My Playlists.
Click on the Manage button in the upper-left corner of the video image.
You'll see a pop-up with details about your playlist.
Here you can:
Change the playlist name
Remove one or more videos
Delete the entire playlist
Scroll to the bottom of the home screen, and click FAQ.
