Skinny Sculpt takes Slim Sculpt to the next level by going at a slightly faster pace and using bigger ranges of motion, so the stretch/strength combination happens more. The workout is done barefoot using a set of light hand-held weights (ideally 2-3lbs each). It's 45 minutes of seamless fusion, toning the body from head to toe and providing a solid cardio workout at the same time.
